Yes. You must license the Percipio by Skillsoft integration from Skillsoft. For more information and any possible fees, contact your Skillsoft and Docebo Account Teams.

Do we need a Docebo integration partner to setup the connector?

This depends on your specific implementation. If you have purchased the Percipio by Skillsoft integration, your technical LMS administrator can perform the Docebo configuration steps.

Do we need the Docebo connector if we only want to automatically synchronize learner usage data?

Yes. The Docebo connector is the only supported method for automatically synchronizing Percipio learner usage data. You can choose to manually export data from Percipio or use the available APIs to build your own process to import and synchronize the data if you wish.
