Configure SFTP server and user

There are several options for configuring SFTP:

• Customer SFTP: You supply an SFTP server for Skillsoft to deliver the generated metadata file(s) to, and then you must upload these files to your Saba SFTP server for processing.
• Saba SFTP: Skillsoft delivers the course metadata file(s) to your assigned Saba SFTP( you must supply Skillsoft with the login credentials). Work with Saba Support to complete the appropriate paperwork required to allow Skillsoft access.
• Below is a list of the Skillsoft IP ranges that will be required by Saba for safelisting:

• North America Data Center	European Data Center
  192.190.134.11 192.190.134.12	192.190.135.11 192.190.135.12

• Skillsoft SFTP: Skillsoft delivers the course metadata file(s) to a Skillsoft provided SFTP and supplies you with the credentials to access the SFTP server. You then need to sign into the SFTP, download the course metadata package, and upload the metadata file(s) to your Saba SFTP server for import processing.
