Your Onboarding Journey at a Glance

Your iX Studio content provider / partner onboarding journey helps you progress smoothly from initial iX Studio access to adding the partner successfully to your "My integrations" space.

Step-by-Step Onboarding Process Flow

1. Request Access to iX Studio: Contact your Skillsoft Marketplace Manager to submit a request for iX Studio access, which provides the workspace and tools for configuring your integration. You will receive login credentials and a partner ID once approved. Once your request is submitted, the Skillsoft Marketplace Manager initiates a verification and validation process to ensure that Skillsoft’s security, compliance, and marketplace eligibility standards are met:
• If you pass the verification process, the Skillsoft Marketplace Manager provisions access, issues login credentials, and shares your Partner ID with you.
• If you do not pass the verification process, the Skillsoft Marketplace Manager notifies you.
2. Complete the onboarding steps for a new content provider / partner: Complete the onboarding steps using instructions provided on each onboarding screen. Enter all required details including your partner profile information, your preferred content import method, etc.
3. Complete the in-progress / saved onboarding steps for a content provider / partner: Access incomplete onboarding steps for a partner / provider in the "My integrations" space in iX Studio and complete the steps.
