Each Leadership Advantage solution includes a Home page with Leadership Advantage Learning Tracks logically grouped into categories, by high level subject area for easy access. Learning tracks are comprised of a collection of assets thoughtfully selected and organized by subject-matter experts.
Leadership Advantage Home pages introduce the overall topic and include Tour, a Featured Assets Carousel, access to Live Events and all the Advantage Learning Tracks within that subject area.
The individual learning tracks offer a combination of new and existing Skillsoft and Books24x7 assets that combine multiple modes of instruction, including text, video, and interactive practice activities that are intended to keep the learning quick, easy, and engaging. Each track is designed to take no more than two hours to complete, although you can complete as much or as little of any track in one sitting as you wish.
Also included is a 'Core Message' option that allows you to cover the main topics of a learning track in approximately twenty minutes.
