Leader Led Activities

Leader Led Activities are designed to be used in the workplace in one-on-one or small group settings to increase awareness, reinforce concepts, or apply what you've learned to workplace issues, problems, or scenarios. Each track has four to six leader-led activities in the form of Word or PowerPoint documents. The leader led activities fall into three categories:

Discussion Guides: designed to increase awareness about a key concept and reinforce learning either individually or in small groups.
Facilitation Guides: used to discuss one or more key concepts and facilitate an activity around the topic with a direct report, colleague, or small group.
Application Guides: support on-the-job application of new skills and knowledge via facilitated activities and discussions, as well as out-of-session assignments, tasks or homework. Application activities are specifically designed to help you and your team transfer the track concepts to real workplace tasks, issues or projects.
