A user's role determines his or her privileges to the various functions in Skillport Administrator. The following roles are available in SkillPort:
Super Admin: Usually an employee of Skillsoft, this user can access all features and functions of Skillport. If you do not see a function you wish to access listed in this documentation, it most likely is a Super Admin-only function. Contact your Skillsoft representative for more information.
Company Admin: This user has access to most features and functions in Skillport Administrator; this is your site-wide administrator.
Admin: This user has access to a subset of features and functions in Skillport Administrator.
Manager: This user has limited access to the Skillport Administrator.
End User: This user does not have access to Skillport Administrator.
Note: You can customize the privileges of a Company Admin, Admin, or Manager using custom user privileges.
