The AI_InitiateFullBooksListingReport Web Service allows the customer to retrieve information about his referenceware entitlement, if the customer does not take advantage of pre-registering users. For more information, see User Management Service (UM_) or making assignments Assignment Service (AS_) into OLSA then you can omit the username argument, in which case all Books24x7 assets in this entitlement are returned.
The report is in XML format.
Inputs
customerId - This refers to the sname provided by Skillsoft. String identifies the customer of OLSA environment.
reportFormat - The default format is XML.
reportMode -
summary - This mode returns the list of accessible Books24x7 assets.
detail - This mode returns the list of accessible Books24x7 assets and also includes the referenceware hierarchy information. The referenceware hierarchy information includes where the referenceware hierarchy a book asset resides in the OLSA environment.
userName - Login name of the user, which allows the customer to specify the relevant entitlement or assignment. For more information, see Entitlement/Assignment. This is optional.
Outputs
A report ID handle. Use this value with the UTIL_PollForReport function to get the actual contents of the report.
