Create a New Contact

To create a new contact

  1. In Skillport Administrator, click Content > ILT > Resource Manager.

    The Resource Management page displays.

  2. Click New Contact in the Resources pane. The New Contact page appears.

  3. Enter the required details.

    Note: The Contact Name and Contact ID must be unique. If the contact person cannot be reached, the contact entered in the Related Contact field is the next point of contact to get the details about the courses, sessions, facilities and classrooms.

  4. Click Save. If you want to create another contact, click Save & Add Another.
