Revoke an Approved Waiver
You can revoke a waiver that has already been approved.
To revoke an approved waiver
- Click Quick Links > Approval Manager at the top of the page.
The Approval Manager page displays a list of all pending and completed approval requests.
- To filter the list of approval requests by date:
- In Date Range, select the range for which you want to view data. You can select All, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 12 Months, or Custom.
- If you select Custom, enter a start date and end date.
- To filter the list of approval requests to include only waivers:
- Click the down arrow next to the Request Type column heading.
- Click Filters, then select the check box beside each waiver type you want to display.
- To filter the list of approval requests to include only approvals:
- Click the down arrow next to the Request Type column heading.
- Click Filters, then select the check box beside each approval type you want to display.
- Click the (Manage) icon corresponding to the waiver you want to revoke.
The Revoke Waiver dialog box displays.
- Review the waiver details.
- Enter a note with the reason you are revoking the waiver, and click Revoke.
