Add or Remove Child Folders
You can add and remove child folders from a learning program as needed. Note that removing a child folder also removes all of the assets in the folder from the learning program.
To add a child folder to a learning program
- Open the learning program for editing.
- In the Edit Contents pane, select the folder in which to create the child folder:
- To add the folder as a top-level folder in the root folder, select the title of the learning program.
- To add the folder as a child folder within another folder, select the parent folder.
- Click New Folder.
The New Folder dialog box displays.
- In Name, type a name for the folder.
- In Completion, select the completion criteria for the items that the folder will contain.
- Click OK.
To remove a child folder in a learning program
- Open the learning program for editing.
- In the Edit Contents pane, move your mouse over the title of the folder, and click the Delete link.
- Click OK.
