Delete a Custom Credential

To delete a custom credential

1. Click Content > Credentials on the navigation bar.

   The Credential Manager page appears.

2. Select a custom credential from the list.
3. Click Delete.

   The following warning message displays:

   

   Note: If you delete a credential, it cannot be undone. To deactivate it instead, click Cancel and follow the steps in Activate or Deactivate a Custom Credential. Deactivating a credential retains the completion history and removes the credential from the learner view.

4. Click OK to delete the credential.
