Summary by ILT Course
Displays summary information for each ILT course.
Note: When an ILT Administrator changes a session schedule after the session has been set to Completed, Skillport reporting does not reflect this change. Reports only reflect the data as recorded in the database at the time the session is marked as complete; additional changes do not render.

Filter Controls
Asset- Description: Provides the ability to select one, or many assets.
Note: The maximum number of assets selected for each report cannot exceed 1000.
- Control Type: Multi-select
- BCS Parameter: asset_list
- Possible Values: CSV list of <ilt_course_id> values
- Default Value: All available
- Description: Allows the user to select one event and then filter that event by date.
- Control Type: Single-select
- BCS Parameter: date_filter_field
- Possible Values: ilt_session_start_date, ilt_session_end_date
Static Dates
To enter static dates, use the following parameters with a specific date for the filter_start_date and filter_end_date parameters:
- BCS Parameter: filter_start_date (optional)
- Possible Values: <date_value in the format MM/DD/YYYY>
- Default Value: the first day of the preceding calendar month
- BCS Parameter: filter_end_date (optional)
- Possible Values: <date_value in the format MM/DD/YYYY>
- Default Value: 'now', or the last successful database refresh
Note: Default start and end dates will only be used if a date_filter_field value is entered and the date values are left blank. In this instance, the date values are dynamic and will update each time the report is run.
Dynamic Dates
For dynamic dates that change each time the report is run, use the following parameters:
- BCS Parameter: filter_date_period (required)
- Possible Values: 1 (Days), 2 (Weeks), 3 (Months), 4 (Years)
- Default Value: 3
- BCS Parameter: filter_date_period_count (required)
- Possible Values: valid numeric value with the following maximum value for each report_date_period:
Days - 9999
Weeks - 999
Months - 999
Years - 99
- Default Value: 1
- Possible Values: valid numeric value with the following maximum value for each report_date_period:
Filter to Date
If you are using filter_date periods, filter_to_date=true will include all activity for the requested periods plus activity in the current period up to the current date and time. If filter_to_date=false, the report will only include activity for the requested periods.
- BCS Parameter: filter_to_date (optional)
- Possible Values: true or false
- Default Value: true
- Example:
- If filter_to_date = true, the end date is always the date the report is run, up to and including the most recent database refresh.
- If filter_to_date = false, the end date is the last day of the previous interval. For instance, if today is December 31, the ‘Previous [n] Months’ ends on November 30 and the ‘Previous [n] Years’ ends on December 31 of the prior year.
- Description: Provides the ability to specify an ILT course status.
- Control Type: Single-select
- BCS Parameter: ilt_course_status
- Possible Values: 1 (active), 0 (inactive)
- Default Value: 1 (active)
- Description: Provides the ability to select an ILT session status.
- Control Type: Multi-select
- BCS Parameter: session_status
- Possible Values: 0 (new), 100 (confirmed), 200 (closed), 400 (completed), -100 (cancelled)
- Default Value: All
- Description: Provides the ability to specify user statuses.
- Control Type: Multi-select
- BCS Parameter: user_status
- Possible Values: 1 (activated), 2 (deactivated)
- Default Value: Activated
- Description: Provides the ability to filter data based on user profile fields that have been configured and enabled on the User Profile page.
- Control Type: Logical filter
- BCS Parameter: N/A
Display Options
- Description: Includes timestamps in all date fields in the report.
- Control Type: Single-select check box
- BCS Parameter: show_date_with_time
- Possible Values: 0 (don’t show), 1 (show)
- Default Value: Show
- Description: Provides a list of standard time zones so you can display the times in your local time zone. This does not affect the actual UTC time of the activity. Default value is UTC.
- Control Type: Single-select
- BCS Parameter: time_zone
- Possible Values: see BCS SubmitReport Time Zones for a list of acceptable values
- Default Value: GMT

- Description: The activation status of the ILT course, either True (for active) or False (for inactive).
- BCS Value: ilt_active
- Description: The total number of users who completed an ILT course.
- BCS Value: count_of_ilt_users_completed
- Description: The language in which the course is taught. Skillport's Search-And-Learn feature allows users to search for courses available in a particular language. An ILT course may be offered in more than one language on a per-session basis, but for Skillport to differentiate by language they must be entered as separate courses.
- BCS Value: ilt_language
- Description: The description of the ILT course.
- BCS Value: ilt_description
- Description: The identifying course code or course number for the ILT course.
- BCS Value: ilt_number
- Description: The title of the ILT course.
- BCS Value: ilt_name
- Description: Indicates whether enrollments in this session require Manager Approval.
- BCS Value: ilt_manager_approval_required
- Description: The course appears in the Library. By default, when saving the ILT course, it will automatically be placed in the Instructor Led Training folder in the Library.
- BCS Value: ilt_published
- Description: The total number of (non-unique) users registered across all sessions for the ILT course.
- BCS Value: count_of_ilt_users_registered
- Description: The total number of users who can be enrolled or registered across all sessions for the ILT course.
- BCS Value: sum_ilt_session_capacity
- Description: The number of ILT sessions.
- BCS Value: count_of_ilt_sessions
- Description: The total number of (non-unique) users waiting for a session across all sessions for the ILT course.
- BCS Value: count_of_ilt_users_waiting
- Description: The number of users currently watching an ILT course.
- BCS Value: count_of_ilt_users_watching
- Description: The total number of session withdrawals; not including late withdrawals.
- BCS Value: count_of_ilt_users_withdrawn
- Description: Number of users with Late-Withdrawn status.
- BCS Value: ilt_late_withdrawal
Optional Columns
- Description: The average score given to all users within all sessions associated with the given ILT course.
- BCS Value: ilt_ave_score
- Description: The last date on which the ILT course was modified.
- BCS Value: ilt_last_modified
- Description: The percentage score a learner must obtain to complete the course.
- BCS Value: ilt_mastery
- Description: The name of the customized attribute for the ILT course.
Note: ILT reports show only the first eight Extended Attributes included in the Extended Attributes list.

- Description: The cost of the ILT course.
- BCS Value: ilt_cost
- Description: The currency used in the cost of the ILT course.

- Description: Whether the session requires approval for enrollment.
