SCM Changes

• For Skillport 8 users downloading and playing courses via the Skillsoft Course Manager (SCM), the Catalog view is no longer available.
• To support this change, the Move tab and the "Enable auto synchronize with Skillport catalog" feature used with the Catalog view were also removed.
• Learners can continue to view downloaded courses in alphabetical order.
