Batch Add/Update

When you pass an invalid custom privilege (i.e., out of the scope of the user's role), the batch add/update now produces an error message that indicates why the value is invalid. (CR 164663)
Uploading a batch of users now updates the email addresses. (CR 172058)
Importing historical data no longer fails and the import file now contains rows. (CR 172732)
Administrators can now add ILT courses with the new content language value shown in Skillport Administrator. (CR 173684)

Books/Courses/Videos

A course no longer shows as incomplete in the Learner's Transcripts and in Reporting, but complete within the course. (CR 173896)

Browsers

In Chrome and Firefox, long Learning Program names now wrap and no longer trail off the page. (CRs 172445)

Display

Colors on the What's New page now meet accessibility requirements. (CR 166103)
External Learning Objects that were created before an upgrade to Skillport 8.0 no longer show "Undefined" instead of "Custom - External Learning Objects" on the What's New page. (CR 170900)
Assets added to the What's New page for an advanced group now display for all learners in the group. (CR 171501)
Links on the What's New page now work. (CR 171592)

Instructor Led Training

Additional numbers are no longer appearing in front of session IDs in the ILT Event Journal for Enrollments and Withdrawals. (CR 170924)
An ILT instructor no longer receives 4 withdrawal email notifications for sessions from which she did not withdraw. (CR 171351)
ILT Session Schedule details and the corresponding classroom schedule no longer show different times. (CR 171668)
The calendar invite for ILT sessions no longer includes HTML tags. (CR 171723)
In ILT Notifications, course descriptions that contain an apostrophe now display correctly when viewed with Lotus Notes Calendar. (CR 171804)
A learner no longer receives a blank screen when attempting to access the ILT Course and Session Manager from Quick Links. (CR 171890)
An administrator can now deactivate an ILT course and the ten sessions associated with the course. (CR 171987)

Learner Transcripts and Course Completions

Courses no longer display an incorrect percentage in their progress column. (CR 161532)
A course status no longer shows the course as completed, when the Learner's Transcript shows the course as incomplete. (CR 170861)
Learners are no longer receiving overdue notices for courses already completed. (CR 171805)
Attempting to view a Credential Certificate no longer produces the error: The application has encountered an error. Contact your training manager. (CR 173179)
A completed course no longer shows as in progress in the Learner's Transcripts. (CR 173809)

Learning Plan

A user with end user privileges can no longer modify a Learning Plan note, which requires administrator privileges. (CR 170109)
When a user accesses a course information page though a learning program and then tries to launch the course from the course's Details screen, he no longer receives an error. (CRs 171682, 174343)
Recurring Learning Plan Assignments are now honoring prior completions and the next assigned due date is no longer incorrect. (CR 172714)
The Learning Plan due date no longer displays as "N/A." (CRs 173744, 174064, 174154)
Content items that have a due date assigned to them now display the due date in the learning plan. (CR 174259)

Learning Programs

Group assignments can no longer be removed after the user is deleted. (CR 169949)
Learners no longer receive overdue notices for completed Learning Programs. (CR 171898)
The enroll link no longer displays when a learner is already enrolled. (CR 175751)

Library/Content

Folders are now displaying in the Catalog. (CR 171500)
Courses that show as complete in the Learner's Transcript no longer show as in progress or incomplete in Reporting. (CRs 171513, 172600, 173194)
Two courses which had Repeat Install triggered and moved unexpectedly to the Uninstalled Courses section of the Content Installer are now accessible. (CR 171708)
Now, when a new Browse View is designated, all libraries display when you click Browse the Library. (CR 172847)
Content folders are now displaying to the learner in the Browse View. (CR 173051)

Live Learning

Learners can now re-enroll in a Live Learning course after withdrawing from it. (CR 173173)

My Profile

Editing the My Profile page no longer causes scripting errors. (CR 170788)
Learners can now edit their profile on the My Profile > Edit page. (CR 168853, CR 171776)

Notifications

Clicking the Share link no longer opens a blank Skillport tab. (CR 169822)
The administrator can now modify the email templates when using IE 8 or IE 11 browsers. (CR 170568)
The Share link in the Welcome email no longer displays as plain text with no hyperlink, or as a hyperlink with {SkillportURL} in the URL field instead of an actual URL. (CR 171929)
When added to the calendar, an upcoming Live Event no longer shows an incorrect time for the duration. (CR 173172)
The Send Email feature is no longer sending emails with the user's name added to the "To" field, instead of the "BCC" field. (CRs 173769, 173885)

OLSA / BCS

The report parameter for the User My Plan Detailed report was incorrect in the documentation. (CR 173085)
The BCS SubmitReport command will now run and no longer produces an error indicating the report timed-out. (CR 173328)
The GetUserProfiles BCS command now returns information about advanced groups. (CR 174593)

Reporting

Recommended custom content is now included in the Most Recommended Assets report. (CR 168079)
A specific user is no longer missing from the Users and Groups search feature. (CR 169114)
Student progress is now included in the User Learning Plan Detailed report. (CRs 170869, 172186, 174344)
Reports no longer produce the error: Error Rendering Result Data: An error has occurred during report processing. (A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded. Operation canceled by user.) and will now complete. (CR 171081)
Attempting to generate a report no longer produces the message Error Rendering Result Data. (CRs 171082, 172371)
Scheduled reports are no longer sent to the user three times per report. (CR 171340)
A scheduled report no longer fails, nor produces the following error: Error Writing Result Data To UNC: Cannot access a closed Stream. (CRs 171427, 173330)
Scheduled reports are now displaying on the Schedules tab. (CR 171754)
When creating report templates, templates are now saving the selected display options. (CR 172612)
The Learning Activity > Asset Activity by User report now includes data on groups other than assignment groups. (CR 172725)
