Retrieve Your User ID

If you cannot remember your username for signing in to Skillport, you can have the system email it to you.

Note: This feature may not be available depending on the configuration of your site.

To retrieve your username

  1. On the Skillport Log In page, click Forgot your user ID?
  2. In the Email Address box, enter your email address that is registered in Skillport.
  3. Click Email my user ID.
