Request Help during a Live Event

You can request assistance during a Live Event from within the viewer.

To request help during a Live Event

  1. From within the viewer window, do one of the following:
    • Click the Technical Support link in the upper left side of the viewer.

      The Skillsoft Support site displays.

    • Click Help > Support at the bottom of the viewer.

      The Skillsoft Support site displays.

  2. Click Live Help.
  3. Complete the online form fields with the required information and click Continue.

    Live Support will respond to your request.
