- Set your browser display to 100%
Note: The Skillsoft Course Player does not support zoom in browsers. Also, certain versions of Firefox will adopt your system display settings. If the Skillsoft Course Player does not display correctly in Firefox, ensure your system display settings are set to 100%.
In order for the Skillsoft Course Player to display correctly in certain browsers, your system display settings must be set to 100%. The procedure below lists the steps to do this in Windows 7. For directions on how to modify your display settings in other operating systems, consult your software's help files.
To set your Windows 7 Display settings to 100%
- Click Start > Control Panel > Display.
- Select the Smaller - 100% (default) radio button.
- Click Apply.
- A message displays prompting you to log off to apply your changes. Save any open files, close all programs, and then click Log off now.
- Log in to view your updated system display settings.
Note: A browser enabled with a pop-up blocker might interfere with the launch of Job Aids, NASBA, Help, SkillBrief windows, and Books24x7. If pop-ups do not display, Skillsoft recommends that you set the blocking tool to "Always allow" for Skillsoft sites ending in .skillport.com and .skillwsa.com. For Dialogue Live, you must enable pop-ups.
