Create a Set
A set is a folder in the learning plan that contains learning assets. Although the assets within it may have a due date, the set itself does not. A set can have subsets (which are more refined groupings within a set) but only two levels of subsets are allowed.
You can create sets on the Personal Learning tab in your learning plan
 To create a set
- Click View Learning Plan at the top of the page.
- Click the Personal Learning tab.
- Click Manage Sets in the upper-right corner. All sets (including hidden sets) display.
- Click
 . - Enter a set name in the text box provided. A name cannot contain a carriage return, tab, leading spaces, or trailing spaces.
- Click Add Set.
The set is automatically placed at the top of the list. See Reorganize Sets to move the sets within your Personal Learning tab.
- Click Done.
To create a subset
- Create a new set as described in steps 1-5, above.
- Click the name of the newly-created set.
- Click
 until the new set is directly below the name of the set to which you want to add it as a subset. - Click
 . The new set becomes a subset. - Click Done.
