Add or Remove a Course in the Watchlist
The Watchlist enables you to watch particular courses so that you can enroll when sessions become available.
Using the Watchlist page you can:
- View the list of courses you are watching.
- View the information for each course:
- Course ID: The ILT course ID.
- Course Title: The title of the course.
- Sessions: The number of sessions for the course.
- Remove a course from the Watchlist.
Follow the procedures below if you are unable to attend the available course session, or if no sessions are available for a specific course.
 To add an ILT course to your Watchlist
- Locate the required ILT course.
- Click Add to Watchlist to add the course to your watchlist.
A confirmation box displays and the course is added to the watchlist page. An email will also be sent to you confirming that you have added the course to your watchlist.
You can remove a course from the watchlist using the Course Summary page or the Watchlist page.
Note: Enrollment in or completion of a waitlisted course or session does not remove it from your Watchlist. You must do so manually.
To remove an ILT course directly from your Watchlist
- Click Quick Links > Instructor Led Training > My Course Watchlist at the top of the page.
The My ILT Course Watchlist page displays.
- Select the course that you would like to remove from your watchlist.
- Click the course ID of the course you want to remove.
- Click Remove Course from my Watchlist next to the relevant course. A confirmation message displays and the selected course is removed from your watchlist.
Note: The session is automatically removed from the watchlist if you complete the session of that course. This may also be removed from the watchlist by an administrator.
To remove an ILT course from your Watchlist via the course summary page
- Locate the required ILT Course.
- Select the course that you want to remove from your watchlist.
- Click Remove Course from my Watchlist next to the relevant course. A confirmation message displays and the selected course is removed from your watchlist.
Note: The session is automatically removed from the watchlist if you complete the session of that course. This may also be removed from the watchlist by an administrator.
