Assigned Learning
There are three kinds of learning assignments:
- Self-assigned - includes content items you save to your Personal Learning sets
- Manager-assigned - includes content items your manager assigns to your Assigned Learning sets
- Both self-assigned and manager-assigned - includes content items that either you or your manager assign to your Development Plan, if enabled on your site
Your Learning Plan contains all of your manager and self-assigned learning assets. You can use it to view and manage your development goals and keep track of frequently-accessed assets.
