Development Plan Set

Use the Development Plan set under the Assigned Learning section to collaboratively develop an approved, personalized development plan with your manager. Development plans are designed to achieve specific career development goals and keep track of assets.

Development Plan sets are not available on all sites. Contact your training administrator for more information.

Development Plan Set Approvals

You and your manager can add learning assets to the Development Plan set. When your manager adds an asset to the Development Plan set, there is no submission required and the set displays as Approved. Whenever you make a change to the set, it enters an Unapproved state until you:

• Request approval of the change
• Undo the change by removing the asset or adding it back in (the Development Plan set reverts back to the state it was in prior to any changes)
