To add a graphic to the Graphic References list

1. Click Add.

   Browse to the graphic you wish the graphic designer to reference.

2. Click Open.

   The graphic is added to the list.

3. Click Hide.

   The Graphic References window closes.

To remove an item from the Graphic References list:

1. Select the graphic you wish to remove.
2. Click Remove.

   The graphic is removed from the list.

3. Click Hide.

   The Graphic References window closes.

To replace an item from the Graphic References list

1. Select the graphic you wish to replace.
2. Click Replace.

   Browse to the graphic you wish to use.

   Note: The replacement graphic must have the same name as the original graphic.

3. Click Open.

   The graphic is replaced.
