HTML Simulation

Use the HTML Simulation template to add HTML or HTM pages and create a simulation within the course. This is beneficial when you have content you want to import into a course, but do not want to rewrite it into an pre-existing template. After a simulation is created, it can then be generated to an HTML or HTM file, and incorporated into the course. You can only add an HTML Simulation to a Task or Exercise Overview Learning Point.

Supported Graphic Functionality

The HTML Simulation template does not support graphic functionality.

Special Considerations

The HTML Simulation template contains the following unique elements:

• Description Check Box
  The Description check box button adds the Description text field. Enter a description of the HTML file references in the HTML File or HTML 508 File text field.
• Audio Text Field
  The Audio text field is for an audio file name.
• Player Correct Feedback (Append) Dialog Box
  Use the Player Correct Feedback dialog box to enter feedback text for the learner (for example, "You have completed this task successfully.")
• Player Incorrect Feedback Dialog Box
  Use the Player Incorrect Feedback dialog box to enter feedback text for the learner (for example, "You have not completed this task successfully.")
