Support was added for cloning courses into two new locales: Canadian English and Australian English.
Changes and Modifications
The maximum title lengths for Lessons and Topics are now:
Learning Path Title: 49 characters
Course Title: 80 characters
Lesson Title: 43 characters
Topic Title: 52 characters
The SkillBriefs attribute is omitted when courses do not include SkillBriefs.

Bug Fixes
Formatted text no longer has formatting options removed from the instructional plan of the terminal objective if the course is de-activated and then re-activated. (CR 135273)
The Close link on the Transcript page when used within JAWS works correctly now. (CR 71304)
Audio references are omitted from p.xml only on the final publish. (CR 193550)
In Transcripts, a leading blank line no longer impairs XML validation. (CR 194703)

When omitting audio, if the check box is selected on a page content, the page no longer shows in the production audio report. (CR 197289)

Within the transcripts that replace simulations in accessibility mode, blue link text on gray backgrounds no longer has an insufficient contrast ratio. (CR 203196)
Within the transcripts that replace simulations in accessibility mode, gray text on lighter gray backgrounds no longer has an insufficient contrast ratio. (CR 203197)
Within the Graphics tab in WYSIWYG mode, the graphic assigned to the first caption displays for all captions until a new graphic is assigned. (CR 204288)
In the Course Index, selecting a letter now focuses the accessibility screen reader on that letter. (CR 205252)
