Remove Existing ISAPI Relayer
  1. Stop the IIS World Wide Web Publishing service.
  2. Stop the LMS service.
  3. For non-secure sites, delete the aiccisapi.dll from <LMS Install directory>\web\cgi\aiccisapi.dll
  4. For secure sites, delete the aiccisapi.dll file from <LMS Install directory>\web\cgi\ssl\aiccisapi.dll.
