To delete all cookies and temporary files

1. Go to Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2. Select Tools > Internet Options.
3. Click the Delete Cookies button. Select OK to delete cookies.
4. Next, select Delete files. Select OK to delete the temporary Internet files.

To ensure that the Sun JRE is activated and Microsoft JM is turned off

1. Go to Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2. Select Tools > Internet Options and then select the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll down to the Java (Sun) section and make sure that the JRE 2 option is selected.
4. Go to the Microsoft VM section and make sure that all of the entries are not selected.
5. Click Apply and then click OK.
6. Restart your browser before starting a course. Restart the workstation if it was not restarted in Step 1.
