The Electronic Delivery System (eDelivery, or EDS) is a web-based application that is accessible from all Skillsoft-supported desktop browsers.
The first time you log in to eDelivery, you will be prompted to create a password. After initial access, you can also change your password when logging in to eDelivery. You follow the same procedure to both create a new or change an existing password.
Note: In order to change your existing password, you must know your email address associated with your account and your password. If you need assistance, contact your account administrator.
Note: Contact your system administrator if you do not know your email address associated with your account. If you do not remember your password, click Forgot Password? to create a new password.
An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
In the email, click the Reset Password link.
The Electronic Delivery System opens.
Enter the following information:
Password: Enter your new password
Confirm: Re-enter your new password to confirm it
Note: Your password must be at least 10 characters long, and contain at least one of each of the following: a special character, a number, a lower case and upper case letter. Maximum password size is 20 characters.
Click Submit.
A message displays stating your password has successfully been changed. You can now log in to eDelivery with your new password.
