Filter Controls
- Description: Provides the ability to filter on one or two fields that exist in the report definition. You can define either an AND or an OR statement when using two filters. The field selector drop-down will include all fields that are available in the report definition.
- Control Type: Logical filter
- BCS Parameter: you cannot specify custom filters when running this report via BCS
- Description: Provides a list of standard time zones so you can determine the presentation of date outputs. When selected, a calculation will be performed on the output during processing to change the date value from UTC to the selected time zone. Default value is GMT.
- Control Type: Single-select
- BCS Parameter: time_zone
- Possible Values: see BCS SubmitReport Time Zones for a list of acceptable values
- Default Value: GMT
- Description: Provides the ability to filter data based on user profile fields that have been configured and enabled on the User Profile page.
- Control Type: Logical filter
- BCS Parameter: You cannot specify User Profile filters when running this report via BCS.
- Description: Provides ability to select included User Roles.
- Control Type: Multi-select
- BCS Parameter: user_role
- Possible Values: 0 (End User), 1 (Manager), 2 (Administrator), 3 (Company Administrator), 4 (Super Administrator)*
- Default Value: All
* Visibility of this value is only available to users that have the Super Administrator role.
- Description: Provides the ability to specify user statuses.
- Control Type: Multi-select
- BCS Parameter: user_status
- Possible Values: 1 (activated), 2 (deactivated)
- Default Value: Activated
- Description: Provides the ability to select one, many, or all users or groups as part of the filter criteria.
- Control Type: Multi-select
- BCS Parameter: user_list
- Possible Values: CSV list of <username> values
- Default Value: All
- BCS Parameter: group_list
- Possible Values: CSV list of <group_orgcode> values
- Default Value: All
Note: In some templates the Group or the User filter may not be available. For instance, if the report is group specific then the user filter may be disabled.
Display Options
- Description: Includes timestamps in all date fields in the report.
- Control Type: Single-select check box
- BCS Parameter: show_date_with_time
- Possible Values: 0 (don’t show), 1 (show)
- Default Value: Don't show
Include Users with No Approval Manager
- Description: Provides the ability to include users that do not have an Approval Manager assigned.
- Control Type: Single-select check box
- BCS Parameter: include_users_with_no_manager
- Possible Values: 0 (don't include), 1 (include)
- Default Value: Include (checked)
- Description: Provides the ability to include subgroups within the scope of the report.
- Control Type: Single-select check box
- BCS Parameter: select_subgroups
- Possible Values: 0 (don’t select), 1 (select)
- Default Value: Don't select
- Description: Used to determine how records that contain field(s) that could have multiple values (such as a user that exists in multiple groups) present or stored the data in the report. If multiple rows are selected, a record will be provided for every instance.
- Control Type: Single-select
- BCS Parameter: show_multiple_groups
- Possible Values: 1 (multiple rows), 2 (single row)
- Default Value: Multiple rows

- Description: The ID of the approval manager.
- BCS Value: cud_approval_manager_skillport_name
- Description: The name of the group.
- BCS Value: group_title
- Description: User's login name.
- BCS Value: skillport_username

- Description: The first name of the approval manager.
- BCS Value: cud_approval_manager_first_name
- Description: The last name of the approval manager.
- BCS Value: cud_approval_manager_last_name
- Description: The user's first name.
- BCS Value: user_first_name
- Description: The organization code associated with the group.

- Description: The user's last name.

- Description: The first line of the address of the user.

- Description: The second line of the address of the user.

- Description: This is the user-customizable date field within the User Stat list.

- Description: Used to capture the expiration date of the credit card. This is an open, configurable User Stat field.

- Description: Used to capture the credit card number. This is an open, configurable User Stat field.

- Description: Used to capture the type of the credit card. This is an open, configurable User Stat field.

- Description: The city of the user.

- Description: The country of the user.
