• Description: Allows the user to determine the date range for all activity for the report.

Use the following parameters to set start and end dates.

• BCS Parameter: report_start_date (required)
  • Possible Values: <date_value in the format MM/DD/YYYY>
  • Default Value: one month prior to the date the report is run
• BCS Parameter: report_end_date (optional)
  • Possible Values: <date_value in the format MM/DD/YYYY>
  • Default Value: 'now', or the last successful database refresh

Use the following parameters to set dates for a number of previous intervals, such as, "previous 3 months."

• BCS Parameter: report_date_period (required)
  • Possible Values: 1 (Days), 2 (Weeks), 3 (Months), 4 (Years)
  • Default Value: 3
• BCS Parameter: report_date_period_count (required)
  • Possible Values: valid numeric value with the following maximum value for each report_date_period:

    Days - 9999

    Weeks - 999

    Months - 999

    Years - 99

  • Default Value: 1
• BCS Parameter: report_to_date (optional)

  The report_to_date setting allows you to include all activity up to the current date and time, regardless of the report_date_period chosen.

  • Possible Values: true or false
  • Default Value: true
• BCS Parameter: display_units (optional and used in chart templates only)
  • Possible Values: 1 (Year), 2 (Quarter), 3 (Months), 4 (Weeks), 5 (Days)
  • Default Value: 3

• Description: Provides the ability to specify a seat status.

• Description: Provides the ability to specify a Books24x7 subscription ID for a list of all subscriptions associated with the SkillPort site.

• Description: Provides the ability to include subgroups within the scope of the report.

• Description: Provides the ability to select one, many, or all users or groups as part of the filter criteria.

  • Possible Values: CSV list of <group_orgcode> values

    Note: In some templates the Group or the User filter may not be available. For instance, if the report is group specific then the user filter may be disabled.

• Description:  Provides the ability to filter data based on user profile fields that have been configured and enabled on the User Profile page.
• Control Type:  Logical filter
• BCS Parameter: You cannot specify User Profile filters when running this report via BCS.

• Description: Includes timestamps in all date fields in the report.
• Control Type: Single-select check box

  • Possible Values: 0 (don’t show), 1 (show)

• Description: Used to determine how records that contain field(s) that could have multiple values (such as a user that exists in multiple groups) present or stored the data in the report. If multiple rows are selected, a record will be provided for every instance.

  • Possible Values: 1 (multiple rows), 2 (single row)
  • Default Value: Multiple rows

• Description: Provides a list of standard time zones so you can determine the presentation of date outputs. When selected, a calculation will be performed on the output during processing to change the date value from UTC to the selected time zone. Default value is GMT.

• Description: The unique character string used to identify the subscription in the Books24x7 system.

• Description: The number of unique titles accessed by the specified user during the specified time range.

• Description: The number of video files accessed by the specified user during the specified time range. Applies to subscriptions that include LDC only.

• Description: The email address of the user.
• BCS Value: cud_user_email

• Description: The name of the group.

• Description: The path to the group's location based on the hierarchy configured in SkillPort.
