Managing Users

Note: The Manage Users option only appears in your Account Info list if you are designated as a group subscription administrator.

Seat Summary

This shows the total number of seats in your Books24x7 subscription, how many seats are already filled by users, and the number of seats still available. Available seats can be filled by Adding Users.

Manage Users

1. Choose the user or users you wish to manage from the list under Select a Name Below to Manage list.
2. Click Continue.

   A second page appears with the user's settings.

3. Edit the settings related to the selected user:
   • User Identity
   • User Password
   • Corporate Folder Administration
   • Corporate Topic tree Administrator
   • Delete User
4. Click Update once you make the change to the user's settings.

   Note: You must select Update under each section when you make a change.
