User Roles

Certitude users can be assigned the role of administrator, reviewer, or both.

Users with the Administrator and Reviewer role can:

  • Manage questionnaires and assessments:
    • Create new questionnaires and assessments
    • Edit and copy existing questionnaires and assessments
    • Activate and inactivate
    • Publish and download questionnaires and assessments
    • Create translated versions of questionnaires and assessments
  • Manage reports
    • Create reports for questionnaires and assessments
    • Run reports
    • Download report results
    • Edit and delete saved reports
  • Manage users
    • Add new users to Certitude
    • Assign roles to users
    • Activate and inactivate Certitude users
    • Edit user information
    • Resend welcome emails to learners
    • Download user information
    • Erase user information
  • Access Reviewer (questionnaires only)
    • Search for completed questionnaires by user or type
    • Review responses
    • View and comment on variant responses

Users with the Administrator role only can do all of the above, but cannot use Reviewer.

Users with Reviewer role only can manage reports and use Reviewer, but cannot manage questionnaires and assessments, or users.
