User Metrics - Learners

On the User Metrics - Learners page you see a list of your learners in the different status and you also have the ability to add new learners to your coaching program.

Add new learners

You can add new learners to your Coaching program. When you add a new learner you can choose an existing user account from the Skillsoft Percipio platform, or create a new learner with details and have their information added to the platform.

When you add learners to the Coaching platform through the Enterprise dashboard, they are added to the Skillsoft Coaching SLDP Collection Access audience in Percipio. This ensures they are able to access the content associated with your Coaching program.

To create a new learner:

  1. From the Enterprise Dashboard's left navigation, select User Metrics > Learners.
  2. Select Add learner. The Add learner page displays.

Add learner page showing fields for group, bulk import, learner selection, and add new learner details.

  3. Select the Group in which to add the learners. The groups are set up by you Skillsoft Account team. To ensure you have selected the right group, you can view the group details. If you do not see a group that meets your need, reach out to your Skillsoft account team to have them create one for you. The group you select sets many parameters for all users, such as 360 assessments. Some of the parameters you can set at the learner level.
  4. You can add learners in one of three ways:
  5. In the Company details section, specify information about the Coaching license:
    • Company purchase: Select the plan that the learner should have. You may have more than one listed. • Maximum number of invites: This is the upper limit of invitations that a learner can send asking for people to complete their assessment.
  7. In Remeasurement settings select whether the learners should be remeasured.
  8. In Additional settings you can choose:
    • Whether or not to allow Skillsoft Zoom links or require learners to use their own links to connect with their coach.
    • To specify focus skills that the learners you are adding should concentrate on during their coaching engagement. Learners can add to this list when they set up their profile.
    • The default language the learner sees when they first log in.
  9. Select Add. When learners are added:
    • Learners receive a welcome email immediately.
    • If their account did not previously exist in the Skillsoft Percipio platform, it gets added there.
    • Their Skillsoft Percipio platform user ID gets added to the Skillsoft Coaching audience so they are entitled to SLDP content.
