Focus Area Evaluation
The focus area evaluation is essentially the same as the Leadership assessment completed during onboarding except you only evaluate the skills you chose as your focus areas. Once remeasurement begins, you can no longer edit your focus areas and the item Evaluate your progress on focus areas displays on your To-Do list. Select Begin to start the evaluation.
If you never selected focus areas during your engagement, you must complete that step before you can access the Focus area evaluation. To choose focus areas, open the Focus areas page from the left navigation bar and select the skills you worked on during your coaching engagement. After you have selected focus areas, the focus area evaluation becomes available on your To-Do list. Select Begin to start the evaluation.
Take the Focus area evaluation
- Rate each of your focus area skills on a scale of 0-100. The score you gave yourself during the Leadership assessment shows on the scale so that you have a reference point for your re-evaluation.
- You have the option to leave comments for yourself about the progress that you have made on each skill that you can look back on later.
- To see a more detailed description of the rating scale, select the ruler icon in the top right corner of the page.
