Track your achievements

Once remeasurement begins, you can no longer edit your Coaching plan, and the item Track your achievements displays on your To-Do list. In this evaluation, you assess to what extent you achieved the goals that you set for yourself as part of your Coaching plan. If you never filled out your Coaching plan, you must complete it before you can access the Track your achievements evaluation. To do this, open the Coaching plan page from the left navigation bar and fill in all required fields.

Take the Track your achievements evaluation

  1. Open the evaluation to see each of your developmental goals as well as your long-term goal.
  2. For each developmental goal, select whether you fully achieved it or partially achieved it. If you select I'm still working on it, a follow-up question displays asking you to evaluate how much progress you made towards achieving that goal. Use the slider to choose your percent completion.
  3. For your long-term goal, select whether or not you made progress towards achieving that goal. If you select yes, a follow-up question displays asking you how much progress you made towards that goal. Use the slider to choose your percent completion.
  4. Under Additional comments on your achievements you are asked if you changed roles as a result of your coaching engagement. You also have the option to share any specific achievements you made, though this question is not required. If you choose to share your answer to this question with your organization, your response remains anonymous.
