We are thrilled to share the latest updates to enhance your organization’s coaching experience. In response to your thoughtful feedback, we have introduced several new tools for learners and administrators. Here’s a glimpse of what’s new and coming soon.
What's New

The 360 request page has been redesigned to streamline the feedback request process making the process quicker and easier. Learners can now:
- View recent notifications and track the status of responders
- Identify those who have been removed from the list
- Upload the list of people from whom they are requesting 360 feedback via a file. The provided template includes a dropdown of all available roles for easy selection.

Learners can now see an AI summary of their 360 feedback results, providing personalized insights based on their role and feedback received. This feature highlights key takeaways and growth areas. The summary updates dynamically as feedback is collected.

The Welcome email and associated series of reminders that get sent to new learners of Coaching suggesting that they get started now have a new look and feel. These new emails encourage learners to log in as soon as possible and set up their profile so they can start their coaching engagement.
They provide clear sign-in instructions, including mobile app options if enabled, ensuring learners have a smooth start as they begin their journey. When you send learners the welcome email, they are more engaged and motivated to begin.
