New Features and Enhancements as of September 22, 2026

We are thrilled to share the latest updates to enhance your organization’s coaching experience. In response to your thoughtful feedback, we have introduced several new tools for learners and administrators. Here’s a glimpse of what’s new and coming soon.

What's New

The User Details section of the Enterprise Dashboard now provides more visibility into coaching program engagement and focus. The two new sections are:

  • Learner Reflection Questions: This section shows how many learners responded to the reflection question provided at the end of each of their sessions and the average ratings for the reflection question. Use it to understand learner sentiment and engagement through the coaching process. You can export the data to CSV for custom reporting.

  • Session Topics: This section shows the top session topics in a bubble chart format. Each bubble is represents a topic that a coach selected at the end of their session. The bubbles are grouped by color to represent topic themes for easier analysis. The size of the bubble reflects how many sessions used that topic. The report updates based on your selected date range and audience filters. You can also export all topics to CSV for deeper analysis.
