Supervisor User Status Report

The standard Supervisor User Status Report sends supervisors a summary of the learners assigned to them who completed courses within the last 30 days, have courses due in the next 30 days, and have courses currently overdue. If the supervisor has no users who match this criteria, they still receive the email without any learners listed.

This report is useful for supervisors who need to monitor the training status of learners assigned to them, in order to ensure their learners are compliant with company policies and federal and local regulations.

Note: This email is sent to Supervisors only. It is not sent to Level 2 Supervisors.

Placeholders allow you to have emails with dynamically generated values. Values for the placeholders are generated at the time the email is sent.

To insert placeholders and have them work properly, you must select them from the drop down list. If you type the square brackets ([ ]) and tilde (~), the email notification will not render properly, leaving users with missing information.

The email text, or body, includes the following report placeholders.

Default:

  • Supervisor Complete Report: learners with completed courses during the last 30 days
  • Supervisor Incomplete Report: learners with incomplete or courses not started that are due within the next 30 days
  • Supervisor Overdue Report: learners with one or more overdue courses

Optional:

  • Supervisor Course Status: for all learners with courses assigned, includes the current status of each course

Default: Supervisors of the users who meet the report criteria and have the supervisor's email included in their user profile. See Map Supervisor Emails for more information.

You cannot edit the distribution list.

Default frequency: every 2 days.

Optional frequency: every [number] of days, weeks, or years.
