Training Administrator Report

The standard Training Administrator Report sends administrators a summary of all learners who completed courses within the last 30 days, have courses due in the next 30 days, and have courses currently overdue.

This report is useful for administrators who need to ensure all learners are compliant with company policies and federal and local regulations.

Placeholders allow you to have emails with dynamically generated values. Values for the placeholders are generated at the time the email is sent.

To insert placeholders and have them work properly, you must select them from the drop down list. If you type the square brackets ([ ]) and tilde (~), the email notification will not render properly, leaving users with missing information.

The email text, or body, includes the following report placeholders.

Default:

  • Administrator Complete Report: learners with completed courses during the last 30 days
  • Administrator Incomplete Report: learners with incomplete or courses not started that are due within the next 30 days
  • Administrator Overdue Report: learners with one or more overdue courses

    Note: The email contains each of these reports as an attachment. The users are not listed in the body of the email. If no users match the criteria of one of the reports, that report is intentionally excluded from the email attachments.

Optional:

  • Administrator Course Status: for all learners with courses assigned, includes the current status of each course

  • Default: All Administrators with a security level of 10.
  • Optional: Up to 25 individual administrators.
  • No other options are editable in the Distribution List.
  • Default frequency: every day
  • You cannot edit the frequency.

This report includes the names of employees who have either completed training during this reporting period, have overdue training, or are scheduled to complete training.
