Activate Email Notifications

Email Notifications are available by default. However, if you cannot access the feature, you must enable it from the Setup menu.

Additionally, in order to receive email notifications, users must have the Send Email to User option set to Yes, and have a valid email address in their user profile. Email addresses are added to a user's profile in Percipio. The Send Email to User option is set in Compliance on the Edit User Information page. You must set this option for each individual user.

To activate the Email Notifications feature:

  1. Click Setup > Initial Setup.
  2. Select Yes.
  3. Click Submit.

To access Email Notifications

  1. Click Setup > Email Notifications.
  2. Use the Email Notifications Main page to setup general email options, activate standard emails, and create and activate custom emails.
Note: If you want to allow supervisors and level 2 supervisors to receive training reminder emails about their users, you'll need to add an email address for those supervisors to each user's information. Since you cannot edit a user's information in Compliance, you must add the supervisor email address to a user attribute field in Percipio. Once the emails are available in Compliance, you can map the attribute to the user data on the Setup >Percipio Settings page. For more information, see Map Supervisor Emails.
