Administrator Maximum Course Test Attempt
The Administrator Maximum Course Test Attempt email is sent to administrators when learners have reached the maximum allowable test attempts for one or more courses. Each course for each user is listed.
This report is useful for administrators who need to reset the test attempt limit for the learner, so the learner can retake the test and pass the course.
Placeholders allow you to have emails with dynamically generated values. Values for the placeholders are generated at the time the email is sent.
To insert placeholders and have them work properly, you must select them from the drop down list. If you type the square brackets ([ ]) and tilde (~), the email notification will not render properly, leaving users with missing information.
The email text, or body, includes the following report placeholder.
Default:
- Administrator Maximum Attempts Courses: includes the learner name and course title for all courses where the learner reached the maximum allowable test attempts.
- No additional options are available.
See Editing the Contents for more information.
