Demographics Summary

Run this report to view a list of attributes and their values and how they're used. You can see the number of audiences, users, emails and saved reports associated with each attribute/value pair. Additionally, you can click the Actions drop down to see more detailed information.

Web Output

  • Demographic Category: The name of the attribute.
  • Demographic Name: The name of the attribute value.
  • Users: Indicates the number of users assigned the attribute value.
  • Groups: Indicates the number of audiences associated with the attribute value.
  • Emails: Indicates the number of emails this audience is currently configured to receive.
  • Saved Reports: Indicates the number of saved reports the audience is currently included in.
  • Actions: Click the drop down to see the following detailed information for each audience, if available.
    • View Users: For each user in the audience, the following information is included:
      • UserID: Percipio Compliance user ID.
      • User Name: User's full name listed by last name, first name.
      • USER STATUS: The user's status within the system. Values include Active or Inactive.
      • User Email: The user's email address.
    • View Groups: For each audience, the following information is included:
      • Training Groups: The name of the audience associated with this attribute value.
      • Assignments to Group: The number of current assignments made to the audience.
    • View Emails: For each email this audience is configured to receive, the following information is included:
      • Email Type: The type of email such as User - Recurring or User - Training Reminder.
      • Email Title: The title of the email.
      • Distribution List: Identifies the options selected that determine the target recipients for the email. See Editing the Distribution List for more information.
      • Schedule: Indicates how often the email is scheduled to send.
      • Start Date: The date the email is scheduled to start sending.
      • Status: Indicates if the email is active or inactive.
    • View Saved Reports: For each report saved that includes this audience, the following information is included:
      • Report Title: The title of the report.
      • UserID: The user ID for the user who saved the report.
      • User Name: The name of the user who saved the report.
      • Type: The type of the saved report such as Group Report, Training Status or User Report, Completions only.
      • Date Created: The date the report was saved.
