Managing Class Attributes
Class attributes give you way to help organize and categorize specific data points about your live course classes. Some examples of attributes you might track for a class include, the department that requests the training, cost, cost-center, country or region, or the vendor managing the training for you. You can enter up to 5 class attributes for your organization. Class attributes do not display to learners.
Each class attribute is an open text field where an administrator specifies a value when they create or edit a class. For example, if you want to want to track costs incurred against each class, you can add a Cost attribute that will display as a field when you create or edit a class so that cost values can be associated with the class.
Once a value has been added to a class attribute field in a class it cannot be deleted. On the Live Course list page you can select the class attributes from Columns to display them in the list.
