Added support for Single Sign On mode. The user will not be required to provide any credentials (username or password) when using SCM. SCM will detect and store the Username returned from SkillPort and use that Username to synchronize results to SkillPort.
Added support for Synchronize_on_course_exit flag in ocm.ini allowing user to control how results are synchronized when exiting a playing course. SCM will always synchronize the result when it can not find the flag in ocm.ini file.
Added message prompted when user clicks the Exit button wihile SCM is synchronizing.
