Capturing an Image

The image capture allows you to capture a single frame and save it as a Dialogue Recorded Session file. The file will be imported as a single slide when it is opened in the Dialogue Recording Editor or Dialogue Design.

Note: Please make sure not to run any other recording applications while using the Dialogue Recorder.

To capture a single frame

  1. If necessary, right-click on the Dialogue Recorder icon in the Taskbar and select Recording Options from the menu. In the Set User Preferences dialog box, select the recording options you want.
  2. Right click on the Dialogue Recorder icon in the Taskbar and select Capture Image from the menu.

Note: This option is disabled for mobile presentations.

  3. Use the selection box that appears to specify the capture area. Click Capture.

The Dialogue Recorder will capture the selected image/area. A red button will be displayed briefly in the Taskbar to indicate that image is being captured.

  4. Right-click on the Dialogue Recorder icon in the Taskbar and select Save from the menu. For more information, see Saving a Recorded Session.
