Deleting a Topic

To delete a Topic

1. Select the Topic in the Presentation Layout pane.
2. Click Edit > Delete on the menu, or right-click on the Topic and select Delete from the drop-down menu.

   The Delete Outline Topic dialog box displays.

3. Select one of the following options:
   • Shift all slides to the previous Topic
   • Delete all the slides in this Topic
4. Click OK.

   The Topic element is removed from the presentation.
