Importing an Asset Pool

Note: If the asset pool contains assets other than Flash movies, ensure that you create a Flash movie with hyperlinks to all such assets in the folder.

To import an asset pool

1. In the Presentation Layout pane, select the Presentation.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Click New Slide > Asset Pool from the menu.
   • Right-click and select Asset Pool from the drop-down menu.

   The Asset Pools dialog box displays. If the presentation already contains asset pools, a list of these will be displayed.

3. Click Add.

   The Browse to Folder dialog box displays.

4. Browse to the folder and select it.
5. Click OK.

   The asset folder with all its content will be copied to the presentation (.prs) file. A new folder called AssetPool will be created inside the Assets folder in the presentation. The selected asset pool will be copied under the AssetPool folder. The folder name will be retained.
