Pasting a Sub-folder Across Presentations

If you have multiple presentations open, you can cut or copy a Sub-folder and paste it across presentations.

Note: Sub-folders with mobile slides (.mprs) cannot be pasted into presentation (.prs) files.

To copy and paste a Sub-folder across multiple presentations

1. In the Presentation Layout pane, select the Sub-folder to be copied.
2. Do one of the following:
   • From the Edit menu, select Copy or right click the Sub-folder and select Copy.
   • From the Edit menu, select Cut or right click the Sub-folder and select Cut. This will copy and remove the selected Sub-folder from the Presentation Layout pane.
3. From the Edit menu, select Paste, or click in the toolbar.

   The Sub-folder will be added as the first Sub-folder by default. If a particular Sub-folder was selected when the copied/cut Sub-folder was pasted, the new Sub-folder will be added below the selected Sub-folder.
