Email and Notification Settings

As a site administrator, you can manage how Percipio emails and notifications get received by learners.

Access email and notification settings

To access the email and notification settings that allow you to provide a custom experience for your learners:

1. From the left navigation bar, select Email & Notifications.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Select the option for the settings you want to update:
   • Email settings: Select this option to change settings for who the email comes from, whether you can collect email addresses from users, the default email language, an alternate email address, and time zone.
   • Email campaigns: Select this option to turn email campaigns on or off.
   • Push notifications: Select this option to turn push notifications for mobile users on or off.
