Email Campaign Settings

As a site administrator, you can manage what emails Percipio sends to your users. Percipio has several email campaigns that run automatically based on specific conditions. When you turn on a specific email campaign, you remind learners about their learning opportunities and duties.

Turn email campaigns on or off

To access the email campaign settings that allow you to turn on which emails users get:

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Emails & Notifications.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select Email campaign settings.
  4. Each email campaign setting can either be on or off. Use the toggle switch to change the state.
  5. If the campaign is on, select the arrow to expand the setting and make adjustments as necessary. The campaigns you can affect include:
