Email Campaigns

Percipio offers many types of email campaigns that you can use to help engage your learners. As a site administrator, you can customize some campaigns and either have them sent automatically or if your learners need an additional reminder, send at your convenience. Other campaigns are always automatic requiring little intervention on your part.

The email campaigns where you can add customized components to Skillsoft emails include:

• Welcome emails
• Re-engagement emails
• Assignment emails

The email campaigns where you can create your own email templates include:

• Ad hoc emails

Of all the email campaigns, the following are the ones that you can also send at your convenience:

• Welcome emails
• Re-engagement emails
• Ad hoc emails
• Career journey emails

Get started

You can find the different email campaigns from Emails & Notifications -> Email Campaigns. From this tab, you can choose Default Campaigns or Custom Campaigns.
